COLORFIELDS
The Colorfield at Glow was a 60m x 60m area on the beach that was activated with sound and light by event attendees who downloaded an app created specifically for the event. When participants entered the Colorfield zone the devices were programmed with a sequence of colored light and sound that was synchronized in time and tagged to the specific location of the work. This created a crowd-sourced artwork in which each mobile device served as a pixel in a larger field of color.Visit the Colorfields website for more information.
